⚡ Quick Start Guide - Karaoke Your Way

Get up and running in 5 minutes!

🎤 For Event Organizers

Step 1: Sign Up (30 seconds)

1. Go to Karaoke Your Way
2. Click "Sign In with Google" or create account
3. Done! Organization created automatically.

Step 2: Add Songs (2 minutes)

Option A - Import from Excel:

1. Dashboard → Libraries → "My Library" → Import
2. Upload your Excel file
3. Songs imported!

Option B - Add Manually:

1. Dashboard → Libraries → "My Library" → Add Song
2. Fill in title, album, artist
3. Add YouTube link
4. Save

Step 3: Create Event (1 minute)

1. Dashboard → Events → New Event
2. Fill in:
   • Name: "Friday Night Karaoke"
   • Date: Today
   • Time: 7:00 PM
3. Add a section:
   • Name: "Main Set"
   • Select "My Library"
4. Create Event

Step 4: Share with Audience (30 seconds)

1. Click your event
2. Click "QR Code"
3. Show QR code on screen OR share link

Done! 🎉

🎵 For Performers

Step 1: Get Event Link

Ask organizer for event link or scan QR code

Step 2: Sign In (if needed)

Click "Sign In" if you're a team member

Step 3: View Requests

1. Open event
2. Click "Requests" tab
3. See all audience requests

Step 4: Perform!

1. Click "Perform" on a request
2. Open karaoke link
3. Sing!
4. Click "Complete" when done

Done! 🎤

👥 For Audience

Step 1: Join Event

Scan QR code at venue OR open link shared by organizer

Step 2: Enter Name

Type your name (no account needed!)

Step 3: Request Song

1. Browse or search for your song
2. Click "Request"
3. Add optional message
4. Submit

Step 4: Vote & Watch

• Vote on other requests (⬆️)
• Watch "Live Setlist" to see what's playing
• Enjoy the show!
